Our roots go back to the early days of nuclear power development. As Dearborn Precision, we produced key deep hole drilled reactor core components for Navy shipboard power plants and for commercial power stations.

Our early involvement with the power industry has positioned us well to serve the growing needs of the commercial power generation industry. The precision required for rotating turbine components, both gas and steam, makes Dearborn a preferred supplier in this industry.

We have a wealth of experience working with hafnium, beryllium, zirconium and other unusual metals used in power stations. Our Borecentric process is used to manufacture tubing with previously unheard-of tolerances in those unusual alloys and in more common stainless alloys.
