Wireline Hardware and Accessories

Titan offers a wide variety of auxiliary hardware for wireline, slickline, coiled tubing and pipe conveyed applications.

Hunting Titan’s Modular Over The Line (OTL) Weight Bar is the easiest and most reliable way to increase tool string weight.

Hunting Titan’s Modular Over-the-Line (OTL) Weight Bars allow the user to increase tool string weight without having to cut the wireline or insert unreliable in-line sinker bars. The compact 3ft long sections are stackable and easily added to ensure tool string weight can overcome well pressure during run in hole. The Modular OTL Weights are also compatible with existing OTL fishing necks and cable head sizes 1-7/16” or 1-11/16”. The 1/2” ID bore accommodates standard wireline and coated line cables.

Hunting’s cast iron bridge plug is rated for high pressure applications up to 10,000 PSI and 350°F.  The Blockade Bridge Plug is a bottom set plug that is used to isolate wellbore segments for stimulation/treatment or Plug and Abandonment.  The plug will securely set in any hardness of casing and is designed to prevent preset while running into the hole.

Hunting’s Titan Division manufactures flow tubes for use with wireline grease injection control heads. Flow tubes are sized with close tolerance to the diameter of the wireline/cable being used. Grease is then pumped into the annular void between the flow tube and the cable creating a pressure drop across each flow tube to create a hydraulic seal. Flow tubes are precision drilled from solid high strength steel bar for improved wear resistance and offered in various sizes.
