The caged springbow fullbore flowmeter (mechanical section) is run at the bottom of the production logging tool (PLT) string. The spinner consists of an impeller and a cage, which may be collapsed to the size of tool diameter for running in and pulling out of tubing. The cage assembly is designed to protect the impeller and to center the tool in highly deviated wells.
The CSFM33 is of springbow and HTF type, applicable for 4 1/2” casing.
