Hunting Tubing Swages are designed to clear slight tubing collapse and other obstructions in the completion tubing string, allowing other services to be performed.
A tubing swage consists of a solid bar with an up-set in the middle and tapered at both ends. A center bore with lateral ports provides fluid by-pass.
Swages are available in a range of sizes to fit the need and have a customer specified top connection with fishing neck. The diameter of the tubing swage should be matched to the tubing it is being deployed in.
